VENUE RULES
§ 1 Access and Presence on the Grounds
1. Access to the event and club grounds is only permitted with a valid ticket or accreditation.
2. By entering the event grounds, visitors acknowledge and accept the venue regulations.
3. There is no entitlement to access the event area, especially if the security staff or police determine that the area is overcrowded.
§ 2 Entrance control
1. The security service commissioned by the organiser is authorised to search visitors – including using technical devices – for prohibited items and to confiscate them.
§ 3 Behaviour within the event premises
1. All visitors must conduct themselves within the event area in a manner that does not harm, endanger, or—beyond what is unavoidable under the circumstances—hinder or annoy others.
2. Visitors must comply with the instructions of the security staff, event personnel, other persons authorised by the organiser, as well as the police, fire brigade, and emergency medical services. This also applies to announcements made via loudspeakers or electronic display boards.
3. The grounds may only be accessed via the designated entrances.
4. All access points to the grounds must be kept clear at all times. Without prejudice to these house rules, further measures may be imposed on a case-by-case basis to prevent or eliminate dangers to life, health, or property. Instructions issued by the police or security personnel for this purpose must be followed.
5. All persons entering the grounds are requested to dispose of rubbish, packaging, and empty containers in the waste bins provided on site and not to litter.
§ 4 Prohibitions
1. Visitors are prohibited from bringing the following items:
1.1. Alcoholic beverages of any kind, high-proof spirits, alcopops, and drugs.
1.2. Bottles, cups, jugs, or cans made of glass, fragile, shatterable, or particularly hard materials.
1.3. Weapons, pressurised gas containers, corrosive or staining substances, or any other items that by their nature are suitable for causing injury to persons or damage to property.
1.4. Bulky items. This especially includes objects that, due to their nature, pose a risk to the health of other visitors or objects that could cause such harm if misused.
1.5. Animals are not permitted on the premises.
2. The following items/actions are not permitted:
2.1. Betting of any kind.
2.2. Political demonstrations, propaganda, and related activities of any kind.
2.3. The use or display of racist, xenophobic, or unconstitutional slogans or symbols, or the expression of far-right extremist attitudes through gestures. In case of violations, the organiser reserves the right to confiscate any items used for such purposes and to expel the persons involved from the premises.
3. Additionally, the following is not permitted:
3.1. Climbing on or over structures or parts of the site clearly not intended for general use, especially façades, fences, walls, enclosures of event areas and other boundaries, including barriers, lighting installations, trees, and vendor stalls.
3.2. Entering areas and rooms clearly not authorised for general use (e.g., tennis courts, work and safety zones).
3.3. Making fires, carrying, igniting, or launching flammable materials, pyrotechnic devices (such as flares, rockets, or other fireworks).
3.4. Selling or offering goods without permission, distributing printed materials or other items of any kind, or conducting collections without authorisation.
3.5. Damaging, defacing, painting, sticking, or otherwise vandalising buildings, facilities, or pathways.
3.6. Using the toilet facilities only in designated areas; relieving oneself elsewhere or causing pollution, particularly by littering.
3.7. Throwing objects or spilling liquids of any kind, especially if directed towards other persons.
§ 5 Infringements
1. Persons who violate the house rules or refuse to comply with instructions and orders from the security personnel, staff of the organiser, other authorised representatives of the organiser, the police, fire brigade, or emergency medical services, or who are clearly under the influence of intoxicating substances, may be denied entry to or expelled from the event area by security personnel and the police. The organiser and security service reserve the right to file a criminal complaint for trespassing in such cases.
2. In cases of serious or repeated violations, a ban from the premises may be imposed for the remainder of the event.
§ 6 Liability
1. The organiser shall be liable for damages due to breach of contractual or non-contractual obligations, particularly from unlawful acts, only in cases of intent or gross negligence. The above limitation of liability does not apply to injury to life, body, or health.
2. The above limitation of liability applies equally to the organiser’s vicarious agents and assistants.
3. The above provisions do not entail a reversal of the burden of proof to the detriment of the event visitor.
4. Injured or aggrieved parties must contact the organiser immediately and report any injuries or damages.
§ 7 Final clauses
1. These house rules come into effect on 8 June 2026 at 7:00 a.m. and remain valid until 11:00 p.m. on 9 July 2026.
2. The house rules are announced by notices posted at the entrance to the event site.
