TICKETS & ENTRY
Event tickets are generally excluded from the fourteen-day right of cancellation and return. You will be expressly informed of the binding nature of a ticket order during the ordering process and in our General Terms and Conditions.
Our tickets are not personalised. It is therefore possible to pass them on.
No reimbursement will be made for lost tickets.
Yes, there is a box office. Please note that there is no guarantee for the remaining availability of tickets.
Yes, you can leave the tournament grounds and come back at a later time. When you leave the tournament grounds, you will receive a wristband that allows you to re-enter the tournament grounds and the centre court.
Children up to the age of 6 are exempt from admission. Please note that there is no seating entitlement.
Children up to and including the age of 6 are admitted free of charge, without entitlement to a seat. You can take your child (up to and including the age of 6) with you to your seat. Pupils and students receive a 20% discount on presentation of ID. Persons with disabilities (from GdB 50) and wheelchair users receive a 50% discount on presentation of ID. Accompanying persons of disabled persons with a ‘B’ in their ID card also receive a 50% discount. No discount can be granted on already discounted tickets.
Credit card: Online payment with a Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners or JCB credit card.
PayPal: Online payment with a PayPal account. PayPal access data is required. With PayPal Express, the personal data is taken directly from the PayPal account. This significantly shortens the ordering process.
Apple Pay: Online payment with ApplePay - the payment function for Apple smartphone users. Apple Pay can be used to pay on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac devices with Touch ID, but unfortunately it is not possible to order on account.
Please get to the centre court in good time to avoid traffic jams at the entrance. We recommend that you take your seat at least 15 minutes before the start of the matches.
ARRIVAL & ACCESS
No, the tournament ticket does not include a ticket for local public transport.
We recommend travelling by public transport (RMV ticket is not included). A shuttle bus will take you from the railway station and goods station directly to the event site every 20 minutes. On 21.06., 22.06. and 28.06. the shuttle bus will also stop at Benzstraße, and if you arrive by car, parking is available in the multi-storey car park at the railway station, in the Güterbahnhof multi-storey car park and on 21.06., 22.06. and 28.06. in the Gewerbegebiet Mitte industrial estate.
Persons with disabilities (from GdB 50) and wheelchair users receive a 50% discount on presentation of ID. Accompanying persons of disabled persons with a ‘B’ in their ID card also receive a 50% discount. Access to the facility and the Spielbank Bad Homburg Centre Court is barrier-free.
OPENING HOURS
The Village opens at 11 a.m. on Saturday, 21 June. The Centre Court will open from Sunday 22 June to Friday 27 June at 10:30 am and the Public Village at 11 am. On the final Saturday, 28 June, the Centre Court and the Village will open at 10 am.
Our VIP lounges are open daily from 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
