From 20 to 27 June 2026, the tennis grounds of TC Bad Homburg will once again set the stage for world-class tennis as the Bad Homburg Open powered by Solarwatt returns as a WTA 500 event to kick off the summer.
As the official Wimbledon warm-up tournament, it offers players ideal conditions on grass courts that year after year replicate the feel of the famous London venue – and from 2025, it becomes the highest-tier tournament held in the week before the Grand Slam.Set in the elegant spa town of Bad Homburg, tennis fans can look forward to a week of excitement, passion and top-level matches – all in a unique atmosphere and the perfect setting for elite sport.

Following Angelique Kerber’s historic inaugural win in 2021, the tournament has seen champions such as Caroline Garcia (2022), Katerina Siniakova (2023), and Diana Shnaider (2024). In 2025, Jessica Pegula claimed the title after an exciting final.
