High-Visibility Vest Requirement and Traffic on Site
Wearing a high-visibility vest is mandatory from the moment you enter the site during setup and dismantling.You must expect heavy forklift, car, and truck traffic on all traffic routes and operational areas at all times.Therefore, pay close attention to your surroundings and move around the site carefully and proactively.
Always observe the safety signs and safety instructions displayed on site.There is an increased risk of tripping, falling, and slipping in all areas of the production site. Therefore, move around carefully and stay alert. The use of headphones, in-ear devices, or similar equipment is only permitted if your hearing is not impaired.The consumption of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances is prohibited during working hours and throughout the entire site. The use of scooters and e-scooters is prohibited.Riding on forklifts and electric pallet trucks, as well as “surfing” on pallet trucks, is prohibited. Only enter areas that have been approved for your work by the Production Management or Technical Management.Always maintain cleanliness and order at your workstation and in your work environment.

Therefore, move around carefully and stay alert. The use of headphones, in-ear devices, or similar equipment is only permitted if your hearing is not impaired. The use of scooters and e-scooters is prohibited.Riding on forklifts and electric pallet trucks, as well as “surfing” on pallet trucks, is prohibited. Evacuation
If instructed to do so by an announcement or order, you must leave the event site immediately via the nearest emergency exit. Assist helpless or mobility-impaired persons, provided it is safe to do so.Inform other persons about the evacuation and instruct them to leave the site as well.In the event of an evacuation during setup or dismantling, all personnel must proceed exclusively to the assembly point (see site plan). Follow the instructions of emergency services personnel as well as the Production and Technical Management.
Fire Safety
Smoking is prohibited indoors, in containers, and in tents. Fire and open flames are not permitted on site.Fire extinguishing equipment and access to it must be kept clear at all times. Familiarize yourself with the locations of fire extinguishing equipment before starting work. Fires and smoke development must be reported immediately. If there is no risk to yourself and you have received appropriate instruction, attempt to extinguish the fire using the available fire extinguishing equipment.
Always remember: personal safety takes priority.
Additional PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
During work, you must wear safety shoes with at least protection class S1P (P: puncture-resistant sole).
Assembly gloves must always be worn whenever there is a risk of injury to fingers or hands.
Only use suitable safety knives for cutting work.
Always wear sturdy and durable work clothing appropriate for the tasks being carried out.
Industrial Trucks and Mobile Elevating Work Platforms
Industrial trucks and mobile elevating work platforms may only be operated by persons who possess the required qualifications and have received the appropriate authorization. Without valid authorization, these work equipment may neither be operated nor used.
Portable Electrical Equipment
All portable electrical equipment used (devices and cables) must be suitable for the intended use and properly inspected.
Use of Work Equipment and Operating Equipment
Before each use, you must visually inspect all work equipment and operating equipment.Work equipment that is visibly defective or damaged must not be used. It must be removed from the work area immediately and clearly marked as defective.Immediately inform the responsible supervisor of any identified defects or damage.
Ensure that defective equipment is not used again until repaired or disposed of. At a minimum, clear labeling is required.
Weather and Conduct During Severe Weather
When working outdoors, you must take suitable protective measures against weather-related hazards. These include in particular:
• Ensure that you drink enough fluids.
• Use appropriate sun protection, e.g. sunscreen, head covering, and sunglasses.
• Wear suitable weather protection clothing when necessary, e.g. a rain jacket, rain poncho, or use an umbrella.
• Stay in shaded areas whenever possible.
Monitor weather conditions independently. In the event of approaching severe weather or other dangerous weather conditions, you must stop work in good time and seek a safe shelter area. As a general rule: personal safety takes priority over protection of property.
Reporting of Accidents
Accidents and near misses must be reported immediately to your supervisor, project manager, or the occupational safety coordinator. All accidents and near misses must be documented. Injuries requiring first aid treatment must additionally be recorded in the accident logbook.

OPENING HOURS ACCREDITATION
Starting June 19, 2026, accreditation will be mandatory for all employees. The players' areas will be activated from Thursday, June 18, 2025.
